40 aircraft down by the end of the year is ~500 pilots. I think a year's attrition will take care of it. An awful lot of people have apps out.
27 new planes to offset the downed planes. Leaves 13 planes down at our peak. Total of 195 pilot surplus if we have 15 pilots per plane.
