line numbers 1172, 1173, and 1174 have been delivered this month. They have been averaging between 3 and 4 deliveries a month. Our next bird is 1208, so we are 34 slots away. That would translate into the very end of the year at the current delivery rate.
After that, we are about every 3rd or 4th airplane for a long while, so that would translate into 1 per month.
There are a good number of 787s in storage that have yet to be delivered. I don't know if there is any magic they can do to re-configure some of those to UA birds or free up ealrier delivery slots, but I am guessing there is not and we are stuck waiting for Boeing to get their @#$% back in one bag.
