Where are the 787s?
Can't find any recent news about the 787 deliveries, is there anywhere talking about when they are finally coming? Seems any WB movement is gonna be stagnated until they come on property

At the 4th quarter earnings call, they made repeated mention that the 78’s were SUPPOSED to be here in the Spring, but likely won’t be here until Q4. It had a material affect on the summer schedule.

I'm assuming with the large influx of airframes coming on property they will obviously need to increase staffing. Based on what's happened in the past, is this likely to be seen in the form of vacancies or will they hope that backfills take care of the problem?

787 production list spreadsheet
line numbers 1172, 1173, and 1174 have been delivered this month. They have been averaging between 3 and 4 deliveries a month. Our next bird is 1208, so we are 34 slots away. That would translate into the very end of the year at the current delivery rate.
After that, we are about every 3rd or 4th airplane for a long while, so that would translate into 1 per month.
There are a good number of 787s in storage that have yet to be delivered. I don't know if there is any magic they can do to re-configure some of those to UA birds or free up ealrier delivery slots, but I am guessing there is not and we are stuck waiting for Boeing to get their @#$% back in one bag.
