With all the changes in this contract, there’s going to be more DOT/HOT than POT/PHOT awards and as such RSV utilization is going to go down. More unused days getting paid to sit on the couch, which will drive RSV more senior throughout the year. That coupled with the inevitable added legs/reroutes on those fully rigged DM only days and the LCO that goes along with it, RSV will be the new premium for those looking to hu$tle.
I think they reduced the amount of block associated with reserve as well so ine might be able to do a few more days in a month. That's the problem with reserve is the block liability is so high that you cant do more than 18 days/month and that the block wouldnt come off until the whole reserve block was gone causing problems in the next month.
I dont think that was fixed
