honestly , I never called. Figured theyd call me either way.
On LCO on your last day and rerouted, block in more than 3 hrs after original ( although i don't think it matter) you'd get 100% leg or min day, correct?
so if your last day is only a 2tfp leg than youd get 100% on the min day of 5?

Remember the LCO is an override -- it pays independently of the rigs, which is why it was such a big gain for us. So if your last day was a single 2tfp leg, and arrived late enough that it triggered 100% LCO, you'd be paid the min day (5) plus the 100% LCO (2), for a total of 7. When Late Return Override starts (on 3/1 I believe), that'll stack on top of the LCO when it applies.

Correct. LCO and Ovverides stack on top of the highest paying rig or credit

Issues like this need to end up on the union radar even if payroll sorts it out after you educate them. SWAPA needs to know exactly what the company is up to so they can keep monitoring the situation and educate the rest of us what’s happening and what to look out for.
