I picked up a trip to replace another that I gave away. It was straight but fully rigged, commutable, and minimum work for the pay.
I would have sat home and just taken the L rather than picked up one of these sub rigged garbage trips I see going out. Hoping you get LCO is great, but hope isn't a strategy.
I am glad open time is all fully rigged next month. That is one of the biggest gains in this contract for work rules.

Of course, I'm hoping, almost certainly foolishly, that they're taking the time to learn the new rules so that they can ensure better accuracy when they're contractually obligated to finish audits more quickly.
So I had a 3 day change completely. Entire thing pays LCO. Called SWAPA CA to verify what I thought it should pay and they agreed. Emailes payroll because it’s been a few weeks and I know they were gonna mess it up and wanted to get ahead of the curve. They emailed back saying that they finished the audit and it is paying correct. It was not remotely close as no leg was showing LCO.

I emailed them back quoting the CBA chapter and verse along with what it should pay per day and the tfp owed on the trip and LCO.

They emailed back saying there was no proof I was originally awarded the 1st trip and sent me a screenshot of the notification and check in of the 2nd trip.

I went onto CWA, pulled the transaction history on my end and right below where they cropped their screenshot was the notification of the original trip. Sent that to them Friday afternoon and haven’t heard back since. 🙄

So….I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Better learn the cba to make sure all overrides, etc are paid correctly.

So you’re saying that they are blatantly out to screw you? Please keep us posted on how this plays out.

Assuming anyone at this company who works in the GO isn't operating to blatantly screw you is just setting yourself up for disappointment. Go in with that as the operating assumption and then maybe be pleasantly surprised when the luv weenie misses you, this time.

I know you know this but quoted for context.
You can always grab a reserve block and be guaranteed full rigs on whatever they give you or maybe stay at home.

It’s either that or incompetence. You choose…could go either way considering how many millions the union has recovered in incorrect audits.

For sure. They said to email/call them if it isn’t fixed to this week and they’d take care of it.
