You haven't been doing this already? I've done this every since I've been here. Saved me a lot of trouble during incorrect audits over the years

What WS said. I have seen them change the pay on a leg in the middle of the trip . Ethics is something this company knows nothing about. They would steal your left nut if given the change .

Why SWAPA settled and not giving the pilots money for errors found on pay is beyond me .

They settled in order to have SRC chair fully funded by SWA, and audits done in 5 days. At new rates, that's well over $500k a year in savings for SWAPA (and thus, us).

I would have also preferred a penalty, but I think the logic is that most people are going to send it in to swapa anyway so might as well save money to have our own full time audit staff on hand.

Given how the company is already saying "there's no way to prove that you had your trip originally" (uh, what?!), I can see the value in just forsaking the company side and making sure it's done right by our people instead of the GO thieves.

Still would have preferred a penalty, but at least it's a step. We'll gettem' next time, right?

They got a manager involved and paid the LCO....mostly correct. 1 leg should pay D instead of the P that they coded it....sent it back to get fixed again and then we should be good.

Yup. They're all up in arms because we "gave up move-up pay." No, we traded move-up pay for something better, and which won't be absorbed by the rigs anymore. It's a huge win for us.

Under the last Cba I would’ve been paid 22. Under new cba I’ll be paid 40. 20 tfp of LCO added this month.

Totally weird how LCO shows up. Had a heinous 4 day that paid 32. Kept it due to it paying 32. Pushed off gate, recalled due to WX out west, flight CANX. Weird legs all the next 3 days, only day flown as scheduled was last. Rigs now paid 34.05. Showed "audit needed" for two weeks until I called payroll and told them they had enough time, audit it, and walk me through it. I only missed the 12 hour day not paying the extra trip - implements 1 Mar. LCO added another 8.46, total 42.51. Only 1 day seemed really bad. So far OK with LCO. Heard (rumor) Waterson told an upgrade class the sodomizer is so terrible, and scheduling so screwed up, that we're going to make bank until IT figures it out.

Finally got my audit back after they screwed it up the first time... Reserve assigned 3 day trip and then assigned a whole new 3 day trip.

Under the old CBA, it would have been an argument to be paid a move-up on day 1 because even though i acknowledged the trip, I did not check-in on property when they changed it and they changed it by over an hour earlier. But suppose it paid move-up, it only would have paid daily reassignment on day 1 and nothing for the following days. The total extra would have been under 3 TFP.

Had I flown this trip as premium from git-go, I would have gotten just over 30 TFP... under LCO, it paid just over 32.

I've said it before, I'll say it again... Scheduling stupidity pays. It'll pay a lot more now, at least for a while.
