The Pilot is at the benefit cap of $14,340. The Pilot will have a
retirement contribution of (17% x 2) x $14,340 = $4,875.60
- If unable to contribute these amounts to the MBCBP, the equivalent amount will be paid 50/50 cash and PRAP
- Eliminated all offsets (except for United employment)

One of my buddies is out on LTD at UAL and he says he is capped around 8K. Did those already out on disability not get grandfathered up to the new limits?
