HD, I couldn't agree more, except that I'm still looking for any kind of apology or admission of fault for how they've screwed up the age 60 debacle or the HKG/CDG LOA. Not only have they not admitted any mistakes, they don't even seem to recognize the discontent of the majority of the membership over these issues.
