As disheartening to hear as it is, if true, it’s nice to know that training/line standards are being maintained if hiring standards are being diminished. If you can’t manage to play nice with others in a team environment like this then you should, if fact, be shown the door. As far as training goes… this is my personal opinion only, but after four airlines and upgrade training, UAL was the easiest initial training I’ve ever been though. If someone can’t get through it here then they shouldn’t even be allowed near a Cessna let alone an airliner.
I only hope that the numbers given are inaccurate and we haven't truly hit the bottom that hard.
