Because all the other offers from the company were so great. Hell, the MEC even said we were far apart at last meeting. How many more offers should we allow? 2? 8? 23? When is the right time to ask for release? I think 2.5 years is WAY overdue. Especially for “focused” negotiations. PM not only screwed up the TA, he screwed up our desire for expediency.
