I can't offer any direct advice, apart from saying Global Entry is an entity of its own. It took me 8+ months for a renewal, and I still had to reinterview. Meanwhile some folks were getting reapproved within a month. There's no real accountability or anybody to reach out to. I checked in multiple times with the GE interviewers when I'd clear customs and they'd see I was "pending" but could do absolutely nothing to expedite. Maybe ALPA security committee could offer some suggestions, I'm sure you aren't the first in this boat. Good luck!
