Yes, that leg will pay 50% of the scheduled block, or actual block if more than scheduled.
ALSO, since the last leg of your rotation was involved in a reroute, if there is any trip credit (ADG, etc), then that credit will also get 50% paid extra. All of this RR pay will pay on top of your reserve guarantee.
