I use the COSTCO CITI bank card for gas (4% cash back), restaraunts (3% cash back) and COSTCO TRAVEL for rental cars and some hotel rooms (2% + 2%.)
I've been using the FIDELITY CASH BACK (2% cash depositited into my brokerage account) card for everything else.
