Can confirm that a “pulse” is no longer the only thing you need! The hiring across the industry is slowing, my airline is pausing hiring over the summer. What the competitive qualifications are moving forward is yet to be seen, but the next few months should be telling.
I would expect an increase of TBNTs as the rope tightens.
