Who's getting hired? Back in the day guys would collect their class info and send it to FAPA and FAPA would publish it.
TT, PIC, TPIC, current a/c flown, type ratings, MEL, CFI, mil/civ, corporate, 121, regional, degrees, CKA, GPA, etc, etc
Now it's like a state secret. Give guys applying a clue on who's getting hired and what their resumes look like? FIGMO!!!!
It's stunning with modern electronics that the class stats/resumes aren't known by the end of Day 1 of indoc if not sooner. FIGMO!!!!
Help a brother out? FIGMO!!!!

I would expect an increase of TBNTs as the rope tightens.
