Yes, 50% as already described.
In addition, if you arrived 4 hours late, you absolutely also get 23.L.9 Reroute pay. It does not have to interrupt an X-day to get that pay, just be 4 hours late on a reroute. I recently had one of these, and the 'stacked' Reroute pays were worth more than the original rotation was.
Or are you saying you didn't arrive 4 hours later than originally scheduled?
