I don't know what's going on or where it leads. But it's faulty logic to assert that recovering money is soley due to ACE and we'd recover nothing without it.
Talk to SK, the (recent) scheduling committee chair. Or KS, the chair before him. The process was minuscule compared to where they have built it now.
ACE doesn’t quite pay for itself, but its value is massive. I’ve made well over $10k from it. Probably closer to $20k. There are a lot of capabilities which are to be fully realized in the relatively near term. Years of prep work are about to be flushed if the MEC chair has his way.
