Yeah, I’m the same way. I prefer the online systems. Having to go to the gate or ticket counter is a bigger pain.
Right up to the point where the gate agent won't list you because 'you have to do it online'...and the website is choking. Id rather be able to do either, but we just can't seem to pull that off.
