But the gate agent still showed him listed and couldn’t get me into the JS until 15 prior. I even called him to double check and he showed no active listings on his MiCrew.
That would lend me to postulate we have an issue between the MiCrew interface and the gate agents system. Something is not making the connection here and closing the loop.
