What’s open right now is just the bidding page. It doesn’t indicate what will be offered in the upcoming vacancy. I know you’re anxious, but sit tight. It can be a week or two between the bidding screen being opened and the actual vacancy posting.
The numbers and percentages at the right side of the screen just indicate where you fall relative to others in a particular base/equipment/seat, but it doesn’t give any indication of what you might be awarded. So, let’s say that you look at EWR 787 FO and it says that you’re 98%. That just means that if you were currently an EWR 787 FO you would be 98%. That doesn’t mean that in the next vacancy you will be able to be awarded it. That will only be determined by 1) How many EWR 787 FO vacancies will be available in the next bid (by way of company created vacancies or vacancies made by another EWR 787 FO moving to something else). 2) How many people senior to you do or don’t bid on those vacancies. It doesn’t matter that there may be people junior to you already in your particular base/seat/equipment of choice.
