WB Vacancies?
#2
The numbers and percentages at the right side of the screen just indicate where you fall relative to others in a particular base/equipment/seat, but it doesn’t give any indication of what you might be awarded. So, let’s say that you look at EWR 787 FO and it says that you’re 98%. That just means that if you were currently an EWR 787 FO you would be 98%. That doesn’t mean that in the next vacancy you will be able to be awarded it. That will only be determined by 1) How many EWR 787 FO vacancies will be available in the next bid (by way of company created vacancies or vacancies made by another EWR 787 FO moving to something else). 2) How many people senior to you do or don’t bid on those vacancies. It doesn’t matter that there may be people junior to you already in your particular base/seat/equipment of choice.

did you bother to go look and see where the whooping 25 empty lines are desired? It isn’t WB CA……the airline isn’t shrinking it’s just pausing to let ACFT deliveries catch up. The vacancies awarded on this bid won’t even be on the line until fall.

Seems to me you take this stuff way too seriously. Whatever United does or doesn’t do is no reflection on you personally.
