When's this bid go into effect?

I'm new to this side but I think the bid is effective Feb 2014. There are still guys that were awarded stuff back in August that still haven't been trained.

The cover page to the bid award said something to the effect that if you don't have a training class assigned prior to the SLI, you will just stay in your current seat.

August 2013. In a nutshell if you don't have a training/advance date (if you change seats/planes/base) by the SLI whatever you were awarded is cancelled and you revert to your previous position for the new joint vacancy bidding.

Is this the number of FO's that United needs? (I know this is worn out, but at least in terms of the L-CAL side right) .... there may actually be more needed on the L-UAL side right?

I know it will all be combined soon, but that is my point, the actual number of FO's needed could be more than this above right?
