really just depends on when you are hired. If you're 40 today and get hired, your seniority will be DL 37%, UA, 32% and AA 27%>

Obviously it's not the front end of the wave seniority progression but it's not like you're going to be the plug for 7 years followed by plug upgrade at 22 years of service.

The lines are pretty linear at that point with a decrease in final seniority percentage of 2-3% per year. So 30 year olds will see approximately 10% and 25 year olds will probably be double digit seniority numbers at retirement.
