new contract. While it’s not nothing, 2 hours of pay is a pittance compared to the protection Regular pilots have for the exact same trip/scenario.
As a longtime reserve bidder, this has long been on my wish list to get ‘fixed’ in negotiations, simply to treat all trips the same once they touch your schedule.
