Your problem is probably that you are using atomic time. Virtually every online computer system in the US works off Coordinated Universal Time. I needed as part of a business to make reservations for a very limited product. I carefully used atomic time when each window opened and had zero success. Switching to CST solved the issue. They are not the same. Your cellphone should display CST.

UTC is the legal basis of time in the world. UTC is itself derived from International Atomic Time (TAI) from which it differs only by a whole number of seconds, currently 32.

32 seconds is a deal killer!
