IND is likely a 09/2022 hire. Bottom guys that are 2023 hires have lines but I'm gonna guess that might be an OE line.

No, you cannot be displaced by regular base transfers/swaps. Only way to be displaced is if the company forcibly downsizes a base or closes it.
That's good to know, as it seems things have changed now that there are more upgrades.
