Well ran a virus scan and it didn't find anything. Went to that link you sent and all it suggested was to disable the phising thing, so did that, still no work. Called IT department and they told me to uncheck the TLS 1.0 thing, but had already done that. Tried firefox, it sorta works so guess i'll use that until i'm ready to erase the whole #$^%$ thing...
