Don't count on it. After the new reps were seated on March 1 the split became 10-7 with the new instructor rep joining the DTW/ATL/NYC/SLC FO coalition. Furthermore, the ATL reps aren’t shy about saying they’re prepared to call for roll call votes if necessary.
hopefully we’ll get a different mix once SLC and ATL have elections this fall. Could be a huge swing in time to set negotiating priorities for the next cycle.
