We shall see. The new contract gives a 24 month lock out for upgrades in any fleet and the last captain drops went down to something like 14 months. It is also 4+ straight weeks away from home. I'm sure the company is hoping to assign newhires these slots to avoid the training churn and wasting 100K+ types like they have been doing for the last year+. I'm sure some junior pilots will take the bait, but I'm guessing we will actually see some newhires sprinkled in.
