I really don’t think this particular vacancy is going to cause anything like that. Half of the vacancies will likely get filled by senior WBFOs jumping the trash bag (definitely won’t get backfilled), and the other half will be senior NBCAs that are opening up slots that may or may not get backfilled, but either way are available on any vacancy because of the afore mentioned new hires in those categories.
Of course, I could also be totally wrong.
