That information is being discussed on the SWAPA forum. I don't remember the exact numbers, but it is pretty much at an all time high right now. The way we utilize aircraft demands it. We don't fly from 7am to 9pm any more. We essentially have 3 shifts of flying and that will soon be 4 shifts. We also have an older pilot group with more vacation, disability, and higher sick usage. We will never go back to the numbers we used to have. It was a moment in time where the company could keep headcount low and really make a killing by reducing their labor costs. The company has aged and grown out of that era.
