This falls under a whole different category of extremely poor judgment that requires a whole lot more than simply mentoring.
sure you don’t specifically mentor this situation you mentor unionism, when to contact pro standards, keeping our dirty laundry in house and out of the CPO……then, maybe, when faced with this situation the pilot thinks about contacting SWAPA instead of the FAA.
