Unless you like meeting with the chief pilot and ALPA, I would not share any personal information of the referenced pilot - photo, name, base, etc (even though a lot is already known).

the last thing I would want is my PM screen shot or subpoenaed and used in a legal or corporate harassment suit.

I’m certain that the pilot will retain legal council, and it’s not going to be hard to prove a hostile work environment, harassment, etc.
