Since you seem to know so much about UAL and are positing you're "connected" in some fashion can you confirm the veracity of this incident?
Also based on what I've seen from my friends at both UAL and SWA, it strikes me as not being a false hood. Heck of a thing for someone at UAL to just make up don't you think?
