Most people on your seniority list that are junior are younger and have little experience. Just because the dude below you has 20 years at another shop doesn't mean sh1t. What do you consider young? Everyone seems young to me, but to my kids in their 20’s the average new hire at 36 would probably seem old. And unless the average new hire is starting aviation in their 30’s, the average new hire still comes here with a pretty decent amount of experience. So, yeah, generalities.
