For some reason our pilot group thinks helping the company during a boom period helps the pilots trying to get a contract. So day flying disapperaing in October. man you MayTA boys never quit. Our leverage is called pattern bargaining and refusing to accept an awful concessionary below industry standard pay contract. I agree our leverage is not at an all time high not needing to hire pilots, shrinking and stagnating the seniority list, and realigning the company or whatever idiotic buzz word they are using this week. I’m upset too, we are all some of the lowest paid pilots in the industry right now and it sucks but that doesn’t mean you just bend over ask for some astroglide and take one up your tuchus. The deal was literally a pay cut, threatened jobs, and gave away multiple qol items at a company that lacks in that area. Give it a rest and stand together with everyone unwilling to say yes to less. You all cry we have no leverage while crushing any leverage we do have by not getting onboard with the actual majority.
