I regularly encounter admitted 'yes' voters who are fixated on the A plan bump which they would have recieved in TA 1, most of whom have 20+ years on property. It's the sole reason driving their vote, becasue a pension bump has never happened before! It's a miracle! Give praise! They are completely fixated and cannot hear anything else, kind o like tunnel vision where a crew is so fixated on a problem they run out of gas and crash.
