Do you really think that PM did anything without the MEC telling him exactly what to do? Do you think he went Rogue and negotiated TA 1 without being told what to negotiate for. You guys are delusional. TA 1 failure rests squarly on the old MEC and MEC chair that had the A plan as their number one priority.
I believe that had the company not dragged their feet for so long and our TA came out prior to Delta and United, we would have voted for it.
It is good to see people on here realizing what the NC for the 2015 contract figured out, that upping the A plan is just too expensive and we don't get all the benefit for what it costs the company. It's time to move on and either leave the FAE cap at 130 and take a big bump in the B plan, or offer a buyout of the A plan and switch to a big B plan,
