Actually a no voter and not a member of the SM group. What about the 13 Members of the MEC that voted for the TA? Were they all puppets too. The MEC decides what we want to present and what we will accept not the MEC chair.
I agree that CN wanted a big A plan, but he didn't decide what to offer or what to bring to the members for a vote.
I can tell you at least 1 out of 13 was a puppet. didn’t take long to figure that out during a phone call with the individual.
