Have they found a business plan that is currently working is the important question. In the extremily positive airline yield market we currently have they should have excellent numbers. Clearly they have not met any past financial projections.
The reason many from other airlines dislike Breeze is that their stated intention from the start was to redefine airline wages. Had they succeeded in doing that it would have had a very negative impact on all airline employees. Obviously their concepts on how to gut their employee costs somewhat failed however they still enjoy a tremendous wage advantage over most other airlines. I note the hourly wage for Breeze is often posted but that is only half the story. Work rules and soft pay are critical to a pilots long term career/earnings and Breeze has virtually zero in both categories.
