We bid for vacation at the end of this year for 2009. However, If you have time in your vacation bank, you can pick up a week of vacation (if you have at least 20 hours banked and have been here a year or longer) this year buy filling out a Vacation add/trade form (you get them in ops)...and drop it in the bid box (it is by the checkout computers in the trailers).

A list of available weeks of vacation are in your bid packet...you need to turn the form in by the 20th and it is for at least 2 months in the future(right now you can bid for July and later vacations, it is too late to pickup a June vacation). You can find the awards online the afternoon of the 25th each month under bid production. You probably can download the form from there to, but I'm not sure of that
