It isn't that we don't know how it works, but we have been seeing 20-60 a month FO side for the last 2-3 years with few CA vacancies. It used to be like 8 CA vacancies and 50 FOs. Now it is 15+ CAs and few FOs. They are also doing these upgrades too late... Yeah. I suppose part of it was betting on a significant slowdown of attrition during the months of May and June. Whatever the case is.. I'd like to see more +Xs on the Florida bases lol
