What “greater qualified” applicants are left? Also, weaker applicants don’t get the job offer. Skywest has more applications on file than any other regional. The real issue is that many in this generation feel like they are owed something. They are owed $80,000 in training to become an airline pilot. The truth is, they don’t “deserve “ anything.
