Does this place realize that they are 50 pilots leaving away from going under? It's actually kind of scary how they are able to convince people to stay aboard the ship.
To be fair I don’t think they ever said they plan on being profitable right this second, the plan was break even or profits by the end of 2024. The loss margins were bananas but they aren’t losing money like they used to and even turned a couple of profitable months so far. If you weren’t going to leave when they were hemorrhaging money last year or before, you wouldn’t be leaving now when they’re close to break even. Current attrition is lower than they expected.
