DUDE - we are literally at the peak money making portion of the year! WE DON'T MAKE ANY MORE MONEY IN 2024. They also did not say anything about expecting to be profitbale for the summer, which means they will not be profitbale for 2024. Honestly, I'm trying to find a way to be wrong, but the facts just aren't facting.

That "overcapacity" in the market caused by major airlines getting larger (more efficient) aircraft is going to magically stop and Breeze will start making money? Again, I'd argue that we are currently at the apex of other airlines not taking delivery of their expect larger aircraft. If we can't combat overcapacity now - we aren't going to. It's just going to get worse.

Oh well - I suppose we'll be able to turn a profit on the 50% cut in pay for LCPs and Instructors.

At this point, I'm not even arguing why people stay. That ship and any logic has sailed. I'm just trying to understand Breeze.
