I think the most likely outcome is the other airlines wait Breeze out and then grab the planes when they go TU. I'm hearing 18 more months?
Delta would be an obvious choice since they want 220s and ABC can't deliver. JetBlue wants more as well.
SWA isn't going to go to a second type with such a small obscure fleet. I think they're waiting for Spirit to fail and pick up those pieces. Allegiant? Maybe but they're in over their chin with their poor choice to get the 737MAX.
Either way nobody is buying Breeze as an airline. They don't own anything and they fly to places nobody else flies to and they have a lot of debt and they have unionized groups that will need to be dealt with (merged). It will be parted out in Ch 7 instead which avoids these problems.
