This 100%. People get upset at people who “skip” the line. But you know who isn’t upset? The person sitting at mainline building seniority below them and making $330+/hr while the others “pay their dues”.

The name of the game hasn’t changed. Get hired at a regional, and do everything you can do to kick, scratch, and crawl your way out as soon as you can.

Took only 4.5 years for me to get hired, and am also much happier. Kudos to the folks doing it in much less time!
