Recommend reviewing 23.S.11. - 23.S.14.

PB days are only generated for flying on X days in the following scenarios:

green slip, IA, reroute, report but does not fly, or late operations

it’s important to note that PB days are *not* contractually generated for OE over x days. Yes, there is precedent, but don’t expect it (and don’t expect it to work like a traditional PB day ie + 30 min for release + 9/13 hours to generate partials).

yellow slips forfeit X days (23.T.6.)

white slips that spillover into a reserve month *should* get any X days flown over moved to begin on the first uninterrupted day (23.S.15.)
