Regardless, I totally disagree. Last time the company was as egregious as could be. They would show up the a mylti Dat negotiations session and just say they didn't have time to prepare. 100% stonewall. Every time. The dragging off the feet is not worse this time. That would be impossible.
From very recent RGS that I was at, the union did say it seems worse then last time.
Personally I think it sucks every time, I don't think their was ever smooth negotiations anywhere.
